I have monthly service with your company. Why is my pool green?

In the spring, summer, and fall months it is impossible to maintain a swimming without the customers help. A swimming pool requires weekly attention to be maintained properly this includes checking the chemicals, emptying baskets, backwashing sand filters (required weekly), and adding chemicals as needed. We offer monthly service mainly in the wintertime only.
